Yes, as long as you haven’t sent payment yet. Email us with your order number. If you’ve already paid, email us and we’ll help.

We accept Bitcoin only. After you place an order, you’ll see the exact amount to send, our wallet address and a QR code.

We convert your order total at the market rate when you place the order. The rate and time are shown with your payment details.

Email us your order number and transaction ID. If you underpaid, we’ll tell you the difference to send. If you overpaid, we’ll arrange a refund of the difference.

Email orders@example.com with your order number and the transaction ID from your wallet. We’ll confirm once the payment is received.

We deliver to addresses in the United States, Canada and Australia.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. We email you the delivery date.

For safety, someone should be there to receive and inspect the cylinder. Use the notes field to tell us about gate codes or preferred times.

Our cylinders use standard valves that fit most household regulators. If you’re unsure, email us a photo of your regulator before ordering.

Brush soapy water on the connections with the valve open. If bubbles grow, close the valve and don’t use the cylinder. See the safety guide.
